3 pcs. Med. Prawns


75 gms. Crabmeat
25 gms. Prawns, ground
5 gms. Onion, chopped
5 gms. Carrots, chopped
5 gms. Celery stalk, chopped
3 gms. Spring onion, chopped
salt & pepper to taste
3 large spring roll wrappers
60 ml. sweet chili sauce



Step 1

Clean the prawns, remove the shells but leave the tails intact.

Step 2

Butterfly open the back.

Step 3

In a bowl, mix all the stuffing ingredients; season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Stuff the mixture in the prawns and wrap each with the spring roll wrapper.

Step 5

Deep fry till golden; finish in the oven.

Step 6

Serve with sweet chili sauce.
