Luscious Honey-Mango Glazed Swift Deboned Ham



1 Swift Deboned Ham, 2-2.5 kls. Carved into ¼” -slices
3 tsps. oil
¾ cup pureed mangoes or mango jam
½ cup honey
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. cilantro, chopped


Step 1

Carve Swift Debone Ham into ¼" -slices and re-semble ham into its orginal form by tying slices together with clean strings or thread with skewers. Preheat oven to 325ºF. If desired, insert whole cloves in-between slices.

Step 2

Place ham on rack in a roasting pan; bake from 1 to ½ hours. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, cook and stir onion in oil for about 2 minutes. Add mango, honey and mustard; stir until well blended.

Step 3

Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Stir in cilantro. To glaze ham: increase oven temperature to 400ºF. Bring out ham and pour honey-mango mixture oven ham, return to oven and continue baking 15 minutes more.
