Manga at Bilo-Bilo sa Linga



2 cups mango balls
1 cup mango puree
2 cups coconut milk
½ cup tapioca (small)
1 cup galapong, form into balls
¼ cup toasted sesame seeds
½ cup sugar



Step 1

Mix galapong with sesame seeds, knead and form into little balls. Bring enough water to boil and drop the formed galapong balls. Strain when cooked.

Step 2

Simmer the coconut milk. Add sugar, bilo-bilo with sesame seeds, mango balls and tapioca.

Step 3

Cool and add mango puree. May be served hot as dessert or as a snack.
