Mediterranean Style Lamb Chops



2 pcs. lamb chops (170 to 200 gms. per chop)
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
1 tbsp. anchovy paste
olive oil
3 tbsps. capers
½ pc. green bell pepper, roasted & cubed
2 tbsps. onion, chopped
2 tsps. garlic, chopped
4 tbsps. olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
pinch of oregano
pinch of rosemary
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped



Step 1

Marinate lamb in garlic, anchovy paste, olive oil and pepper for 30 minutes; set aside.

Step 2

Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil.

Step 3

Add bell pepper, capers, rosemary and oregano.

Step 4

Add parsley and basil.

Step 5

Season with salt and pepper.

Step 6

Grill lamb chops to your liking and top with sauce.
