Pan-Fried Chicken in Tomato Cream Sauce



4 pcs. cicken breast fillet
1 8g Maggi Magic Sarap
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp ground pepper
¼ cup butter
¼ cup chopped onions
1 cup canned diced tomatoes
1 Maggi Chicken Broth Cube
¼ tsp salt ¼ cup rice wine
1 tbsp sugar
1 250 ml. Nestle All Purpose Cream



Step 1

1. Rub chicken with Maggi Magic Sarap, salt and pepper. Leave to marinate for at least 15 mins. Set aside.

Step 2

2. Pan-fry marinated chicken fillets in melted butter until slightly brown. Transfer onto a platter and cover to keep warm.

Step 3

3. In the same pan, saute onions and tomatoes for 30 seconds. Season with Maggi Chicken Broth Cube, salt, rice wine and sugar. Remove from heat and let cool.

Step 4

4. When sauce has cooled, pour into a blender and puree until smooth. Return sauce to pan and add Nestle All Purpose Cream. Simmer without boiling for 2 minutes. Serve sauce drizzled over the chicken. 15 minutes to cook, 15 minutes to prepare plus 15 minutes to marinate.
