Pancake Florentine with Meaty Marinara Sauce

Ingredients:

For the pancake:
1 cup all purpose flour
4 eggs
1 tbsps. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 cup water

For the filling:
150 gms. bacon, diced
1 med onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
250 gms. ground beef
150 gms. mushroom, sliced
2 pouches (250 gms.) marinara classic pasta sauce

For the sauce:
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 pack (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup cream
2 eggs
100 gms spinach, blanched & chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced & sautéed
salt & pepper
1/2 cup quick melt cheese, grated
