1 k. prawns, cleaned, cut up
8 oz. scallops, slice in half
8 pcs. oyster
1 can anchovy fillets, drained & chopped
5 large tomatoes, peeled & chopped
½ cup dry white wine
½ cup water
2 tbsps. Olive oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
salt & pepper
Cook the pasta according to package directions.
Put wine and water in a skillet.
Heat to simmer.
Add scallops and cook for 1 minute.
Remove and drain.
Heat oil in a skillet.
Add tomatoes, garlic and tomato paste, stir until combined and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add parsley and season with salt and pepper.
