400 gms. linguini or spaghetti
4 tbsps. olive oil
1 large onion, diced
10 cloves garlic, crushed & diced
3 red chilis
½ bunch parsley
1 cup white wine
200 gms. fresh boneless fish, diced & cubed
8 large prawns, peeled but with tails intake
1 squid, cut into rings
Salt & pepper
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Combine oil and diced onion in a large pot and cook until translucent. Add the fish, garlic, chili and parsley. Mix and turn.
Add the squid, prawns and white wine. Allow to boil to reduce.
When the sauce is cooked. Add to the pasta and toss. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
