Pasta Marinara

Ingredients:

400 gms. linguini or spaghetti
4 tbsps. olive oil
1 large onion, diced
10 cloves garlic, crushed & diced
3 red chilis
½ bunch parsley
1 cup white wine
200 gms. fresh boneless fish, diced & cubed
8 large prawns, peeled but with tails intake
1 squid, cut into rings
Salt & pepper

Method

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to package directions. Combine oil and diced onion in a large pot and cook until translucent.

Step 2

Add the fish, garlic, chili and parsley. Mix and turn.

Step 3

Add the squid, prawns and white wine. Allow to boil to reduce.

Step 4

When the sauce is cooked. Add to the pasta and toss. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
