½ cup Hormel pepperoni, finely chopped
½ cup Purefoods, Tender Juicy hotdogs, finely chopped
½ cup Purefoods cooked salami, finely chopped
1 tbsp. olive oil
½ tbsp. garlic, finely chopped
¼ cup onion, finely chopped
2 tbsps. zucchini, finely chopped
2 tbsps. mushrooms, finely chopped
2 tbsps. tomato, finely chopped
1 pkg. lasagna, cooked according to package directions
dash of basil, all-spice, nutmeg
For the dressing:
1 cup cream cheese
¼ cup Quickmelt cheese, grated
Saute garlic and onion until soft. Stir in pepperoni and hotdogs.
Add basil, all-spice and nutmeg. Combine zucchini, tomato and mushroom; set aside.
Beat cream cheese and Quickmelt cheese in a blender at medium speed. Alternately spread cream cheese mixture and meat filling on cooked lasagna noodles.
Top with the remaining cream cheese. Sprinkle with paprika and sesame seeds. Garnish with parsley.
