Penne with Creamed Beef Sauce

  • Servings : 4-6


2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped onions
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
¼ cup chopped bacon
¼ kg ground beef
1 8g Maggi Magic Sarap
salt & pepper to taste
1 250 ml Nestle All Purpose Cream
½ cup water
¼ cup green peas
300 g penne pasta, cooked al dente
½ cup grated cheddar cheese


Step 1

1. Heat butter and olive oil. Saute onions onions and garlic until limp. Add bacon and ground beef. Cook until beef changes in color (about 5 mins). Season with Maggi Magic Sarap, salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

2. Pour in Nestle All Purpose Creama and water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add green peas and and cook for another minute.

Step 3

3. Stir in cooked pasta and mix until fully coated with sauce. Top with grated cheese before using. 15 minutes to prepare, 15 minutes to cook.
