Pink Salmon Bagel Sandwich



2 cans Century Pink Salmon, drained & flaked
1 egg
3 tbsps. Flour
3 tbsps. Flour
1/3 cup onions, minced
2 tbsps. Garlic, minced
2 tbsps. Parsley, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
lemon zest
½ tsp. marjoram
½ tsp. oregano
¼ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

For the batter:

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg
Japanese breadcrumbs

Additional ingredients:

cream cheese spread
bagels (or any bread)



Step 1

Mix together salmon, egg, flour, onions, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, lemon zest, marjoram, oregano, salt and pepper. Cover and chill for about 30 minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, mix together flour, egg and enough water to make a smooth batter. Form the salmon mixture into patties.

Step 3

Dip in flour batter and dredge in breadcrubs. Pan-fry in hot oil until golden on both sides. Fill patties into heated bagels with cream cheese spread, lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise. Serve whith chips on the sides
