Pinoy Pochero



½ kilo beef
6 cups water
1 bunch green onions
1 pc.small repolyo
1/8 kilo baguio beans
2 pcs. kamote
2 pcs saging na saba
2 cloves garlic
1 pc onion, sliced
2 pcs Knorr Beef Cubes



Step 1

Boil beef and green onions in water until tender, then set aside. Cook repolyo, baguio beans, kamote and saging na saba in the same broth, then set aside.

Step 2

Cut cooked kamote into quarters and saging na saba into halves. In a separate pot, saute garlic and onions.

Step 3

Add Knorr Beef Cubes to 4 cups of used broth and pour into sauce. Once boiling, add in the meat, saging na saba, kamote and vegetables.
