Piri-Piri Prawns



12 pcs. tiger prawns
olive oil
½ red onion
1 head garlic
½ lemon
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. mild chili powder
pinch of cumin
pinched of crushed dry
pinch of dried oregano



Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and saute onions. Cook the onions until they turn brown.

Step 2

Add in the paprika, chili powder, cumin, crushed dry chili and dried oregano. Add the garlic and stir for a few seconds. Add in the prawns.

Step 3

Season with salt. Squeeze the lemon on the prawns. Toss and stir some more. Serve immediately.
