Ingredients:

1/3 cup almond gulaman
1/3 cup coffee gulaman
1/3 cup small pearl sago, boiled & drained
1 cup shaved ice yellow powder (for coloring), dissolved in water
cream

Method

Step 1

Using a tall glass, place sago at the bottom, followed by shaved ice, and yellow powder. Make sure that the yellow coloring is evenly placed in the mixture, as this would make the distinctive yellow gold color of this cool dessert.

Step 2

Add the almond gulaman and coffee gulaman. Top with cream. Serves 1.
