Quattro Formagio Macaroni

Ingredients:

90 gms. penne pasta
15 gms. butter
25 ml. Cream
20 gms. raclette cheese, grated
30 gms. emmenthal cheese grated
30 gms. gruyere cheese, grated
30 gms. Parmesan cheese, grated
salt to taste
pepper to taste
nutmeg to taste

 

Method

Step 1

Cook penne pasta al dente; set aside.

Step 2

In a saucepan, melt butter and add cream; simmer. Add cheese until melted; toss pasta in the cheese sauce.

Step 3

Transfer to a baking ceramic. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and bake in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes until gratinated. Serve hot with grissini or crostini.
