2 pcs. galunggong fish
extra virgin olive oil
rock salt
freshly-ground peppercorn
browned garlic (pre-browned)


Step 1

Fillet the galunggong. Remove all the bones and season with rock salt and freshly-ground peppercorn. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the galunggong fillets.

Step 2

Add the garlic and cook until fillets are done and the garlic is not too browned. Serve with a little of the garlic-olive oil from the pan and garnish with browned garlic.
