Salmon with Lime Butter Baste



6 tbsps. Butter
1 clove garlic, crushed
ΒΌ cup lime juice, freshly squeezed
2 tsps. Lime rind, grated
2 tsps. Dry white wine
2 tsps. Honey
1 tbsp. Fresh parsley, chopped
3 to 4 pcs. Salmon fillets



Step 1

Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add lime juice, lime rind, lemon rind, wine and honey and mix well. Stir in parsley. Cook salmon fillets on an oiled grill rack over moderately hot coals. Brushing frequently with lime butter baste for about 3 minuteson each side or until cooked through.
