Spanish Omelet



2 tbps. chorizo de bilbao
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. red pepper, chopped
1 tsp. tomato sauce
pinch of salt & pepper
1 tbsp. cooking oil
3 pcs. eggs




Step 1

In a flat pan, saute ingredients in cooking oil and then set aside.

Step 2

Beat eggs and fry in flat cooking pan.

Step 3

Place the sauteed ingredients in the middle of the cooked eggs and fold.
