3 bars Dari Crème (Classic)
6 cups powdered sugar
¼ cup all purpose cream
2 tsps. Vanilla powder
food color (sky blue & yellow

Step 1

Using an electric mixer, cream butter until light and fluffy. Sift powdered sugar then add to butter sugar then add to butter together with vanilla and all purpose cream.

Step 2

Mix until pale and of marshmallow-like consistency. Add food coloring if desired.

Step 3

To assemble cake: Frost a 12"-round styro and the 8"-cake with Super Icing. Place the smaller cake on top of the styro "cake" then insert a skewer at the center to make it stable. Using a star tip, put shell borders on the edges of the cake. Arrange picture frames, decorate with sugar star candies and put half-moon shapes on the sides of the second layer. top the cake with a figurine and the Happy Mother's Day stick or any desired accessory.
