Tessie Tomas Salad



4 pcs. Prawns, peeled then deveined & cooked
80 gms. Marinated salmon or smoked
salmon, seared
4 pcs. Shiitake mushrooms
100 gms. Mesclun greens
20 gms. Parmesan shavings
1gm. Basil chiffonade
1 gm. Microgreens
50 ml. Balsamic dressing
For the balsamic dressing, mix
50 gms. Mayonnaise
10 ml.anchovies
20 ml. Balsamic vinegar
salt & pepper to taste
water for lightening the dressing


Step 1

Place the greens on a serving plate, top with seared salmon, Parmesan cheese, prawns, basil chiifonade. Drizzle with balsamic dressing. Garnish with microgreens.
