Thai Crunch Salad



napa cabbage, shredded
chicken breast, grilled then chilled
cucumbers, julienned
carrots, julienned
red cabbage, shredded
green onions
lime cilantro dressing
crispy rice sticks
edamame, shelled then cooked
Thai peanut dressing


Step 1

Mix the napa cabbage, grilled chicken breast, cucumbers, edamame, crispy wontons, peanuts, cilantro, carrots, red cabbage, green onions toss with a lime-cilantro dressing.

Step 2

Top with crispy rice sticks and Thai peanut dressing.
