Thai Tofu Salad



2 pcs. White tofu
1-1/2 tbsps. Sesame oil
1/2 tbsps. White vinegar
1/4 cup tamarind juice
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
2 tbsps. Thai chili sauce
1/2 cup peanut, ground
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
sesame seeds



Step 1

To prepare dressing: Combine sesame sees, oil, vinegar, tamarind juice, honey, garlic, cilantro and chili sauce in a medium bowl, stirring until well-mixed. Cut tofu into 6 pieces and deep fry tofu until crispy. Toss with dressing until coated.

Step 2

Allow to marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Serve sprinkled with ground peanuts.
