Tinapa and Orange Rice2017-10-23
1 tbsp. butter
1 cup rice, cooked
30 gms. tinapa flakes (smoked fish)
5 gms. garlic, minced
6 pcs. fresh orange segments
5 gms. parsley, chopped
salt & pepper to taste
In a pan, saute the garlic in butter then add the cooked rice. Add the tinapa and chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.
Place the tinapa rice in a bowl and top it with fresh orange segments.
