Tomato Bisque



2 tbsp. olive oil
1 pc. Small white onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pack Fiesta Italian Blend Spaghetti Sauce 250g
1-½ cups chicken broth
2 tbsp honey
¼ tsp black pepper to taste
½ cup heavy cream
2 tbsp Italian parsley



Step 1

1. Heat oil in medium-sized pot. Set over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook stirring frequently until tender and lightly brown on the edges. Add garlic, Fiesta Italian Blend Spaghetti Sauce, chicken broth, honey, and black pepper.

Step 2

2. Reduce heat and simmer until reduced and slightly thickened. Add cream and heat gently. Adjust seasoning.
