Tres Championes al ajillo (3 Mushrooms in garlic)



1 can (1 cup) oyster mushrooms, drained
1 can (1 cup) button mushrooms, drained
4 pcs. Shiitake mushrooms, soak in water for 15 minutes, drain & remove stems
½ cup Magnolia Gold Butter
1 big head garlic, crushed with skin on
2 siling labuyo, sliced
1 tbsp. liquid seasoning
¼ tsp. rock salt
¼ tsp. pepper
For garnish:
8 slices French bread, sliced ¼ -thick
¼ cup spring onions, chopped


Step 1

In a 12" -fry pan, melt butter and add garlic, labuyo and cook till garlic is brown. Add mushrooms and stir for 2 minutes. Form a circle of bread slices on a round serving plate. Scoop mushrooms at the center. Top with spring onions
