Tri-mushroom gravy



1/2 cup Magnolia Gold butter, salted
1/3 cup each fresh or canned
button shiitake & oyster
mushrooms, sliced (to total 1 cup)
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 Knorr beef bouillon cube
2 tsps. Knorr liquid seasoning
2 cups water



Step 1

Put butter in a medium saute pan with all the mushrooms.

Step 2

Cook for 1 minutes. Set aside on a plate.

Step 3

Add the remaining ingredients to the pan, mix with a wire whisk.

Step 4

When no more lump shows, add the mushrooms.

Step 5

Simmer for a minute; pour over beef and transfer the remaining gravy to a sauce boat.
