Triple Layer Cake



For the brownie layer:

200 gms. Maya Oven Toaster Crinkles Mix
2 eggs
¼ cup butter

For the cream cheese layer:

8 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsps. Butter (unsalted)
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. vanilla extract

For the chocolate layer:

6 oz. choclate, grated
¼ cup whipping cream
2 tbsps. butter
1 tbsp. espresso powder


Step 1

Prepare brownie layer by combining all ingredients together. Pour in an 8"-square or round heat proof glass dish.

Step 2

Bake in preheated oven at 350ºF for 10 or 15 minutes or until done. Let cool.

Step 3

Beat cream cheese and butter in medium bowl until smooth. Add powdered sugar, cinnamon and vanilla and beat until well blended.

Step 4

Spread cream cheese mixture over brownie. Chill.

Step 5

Mix together in a saucepan the chocolate, cream butter and espresso powder. Stir over medium heat until chocolate is melted.

Step 6

Slightly chill for about 15 minutes. Pour over cream cheese layer. Chill until set.
