Tuna Fish Pate

Ingredients:

2 cans chunks in water, drained
1 cup butter or margarine
2 tbsps. Lemon juice
2 tbsps. Brandy
2 tsps. dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

 

 

Method

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and process in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pack in ramekins or croquet. Chill before serving. Makes 2 cups.
