5 pcs. Latundan bananas (unripe/green)
5 cups coconut milk
2 cups sugar
Grate the latundan bananas.
Form into balls of desired size and set aside.
Place the coconut milk in a deep saucepan. Add in the sugar.
Bring to a boil.
Upon boiling, drop in the banana balls until cooked and the liquid turns syrupy. Serve.
