Vienna and Hotdog Soup



1 (230 gms.) cocktail hotdog
1 can vienna hotdog sausage tidbits
2 tbsps. butter
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
5 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup shell macaroni
1 small carrot, diced
1 med. potato, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1/3 cup red & green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup green peas
1/4 cup milk
salt & pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese


Step 1

Sauté garlic and onions. Pour broth. Add shell macaroni and boil until half done. Place carrot, potato and celery. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes then add bell pepper and green peas. Blend in milk and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
