Whiskey Glazed Baby Back Ribs



2.5 kls. Baby back ribs
50 gms. brown sugar
10 gms. spanish paprika
10 gms. salt
2 gms. laurel leaves
5 gms. pepper
45 gms. garlic, minced
180 ml. Whiskey (Famous Grouse)
80 gms. brown sugar
500 ml. Teriyaki sauce
3 gms. cayenne
160 ml. beer
2 liters soup stock


Step 1

Season baby back ribs with brown sugar, spanish paprika, salt, laurel leaves, pepper and garlic. Arrange baby back ribs in cooking pot, pour in whiskey, additional brown sugar, teriyaki sauce, cayenne, beer and enough soup stock.

Step 2

Bring to a boil for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to simmering and cook until soft.
