White King Coconut Macaroons2017-11-22

½ bar Selecta Butterfresh Margarine, softened
¼ cup sugar
2 pcs. Eggs, medium
½ cup White King All Purpose Flour
1 (395 ml.) can condensed milk
1 cup dessicated coconut
1 tsp. Vanilla
Pre-heat the oven to 190ºC.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time and continue mixing.
Add flour and mix until no lumps are visible.
Add the condensed milk, vanilla and dessicated coconut.
Spoon into 1-ounce muffin pan lined with baking cups and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and cool.
Arrange in acrylic containers by the dozen.
